Our villa, one of the most popular districts of Fethiye, overlooking the magnificent bay, was designed for you. While it was still in the project stage, its value increased day by day. The floor plans of our villa, designed as 3 floors, primarily consist of a living and bedroom area consisting of a reverse duplex, and a second kitchen designed independently from the upper floors, a living area, a pool terrace and an infinity pool. Located on the basement floor, 3 bedrooms with en-suite views overlook the magnificent Fethiye Gulf and the deep blue pool we have created for you. On the ground floor; There is an open plan American kitchen, a very large living room, dining table and study room. You will feel yourself in the panoramic view thanks to the remote-controlled guillotine-style façade windows. On the Garden and Pool floor, when it comes to the garden and pool level of our villa, a second American kitchen and living area, designed free from other living areas of our villa, is at your service when you want to spend time in the pool and garden.
